Philip Andrews' practice focuses on:  Commercial Litigation.

Mr. Andrews prosecutes and defends claims on behalf of clients in a wide variety of industries.  He has represented clients in matters involving real estate transactions, employment issues, construction disputes, and intellectual property disputes.  Mr. Andrews works with clients to find favorable and cost effective solutions to complex legal issues.  In addition to his work as a commercial litigator, he has also advised commercial clients in the negotiation and formation of various contracts including employment agreements and vendor service agreements.

 

Prior to joining Henderson Parks, LLC, he worked at a mid-sized Chicago law firm and as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. 

 

Mr. Andrews is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
