       Represented general partner of limited partnership in breach of partnership             action brought by international investors.  Retained control of the partnership         and resolved matters with the investors.

 

• Silent Outings v. Urban Fetes (Northern District of Illinois) 

       Represented events promoter in breach of confidentiality and non-compete             action.  Obtained denial of TRO and dismissal of all claims.

• MPA Onterie Center v. Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Northern District of Illinois)

       Represented leading academic medical center in breach of contract action             brought by former building owner.  Resolved through favorable settlement.

• Shermer Aviation, LLC v. Dassault Falcon Jet Corp. (Cook County Circuit Court)

       Represented international aircraft manufacturer in action for breach of                     contract, fraud, consumer fraud, breach of warranty and aircraft                                 purchaser.  Obtained dismissal of all claims, which was affirmed on appeal.

• BMO Harris Bank v. SSK & Stefani (Cook County Circuit Court) 

       Represented bank in breach of loan action against Chicago                                       restaurateur.  Defended bank against claims of fraud and                                           misfeasance.  Obtained judgement and favorable resolution.

• Zcura v. Northwestern Memorial Hospital (Cook County Circuit Court)

       Represented leading academic medical center in breach of software license           action brought by software provider.   Favorably resolved claim after                         dismissal.
