Jason Hurst is a certified mediator, having received his mediation training and certification at Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiation.  Throughout his career, Mr. Hurst has always been a proponent of alternative dispute resolution tools as a more efficient and cost-effective means of resolving legal disputes.  He now brings his 15 years of litigation experience, extensive knowledge of the law, and his mediation training to bear to facilitate and empower parties to come up with their own creative solutions to their legal disputes.
